This serves to remind all Full-time, Evening and Open and Distance students that Normal/Regular Registration for the December 2025 sessional Examinations will commence on Monday the 3d of November 2025 and shall end on 28" November 2025. On the other hand, Late Registration shall run from 1» December, 2025 to 5* December 2025 and shall attract a penalty fee of
Five Hundred Kwacha (K500).
Kindly note that merely depositing fees does not constitute exam registration. In order to be registered for the examination, you need to undertake the following:
1. Students should have paid 80% of their fees to register.
2. Complete online Exam registration
3. Print a copy and have it signed by the HOD and date stamped and signed by the Examinations Officer
